Uyoon Institute has formulated a set of academic policies in order to ensure that the quality of education provided at the institute is at it's finest. Our policies make sure that the students are treated fairly, that the learning experience of the students are great. It ensures if our institute is operating according to our vision & mission statement as well as our values & principles.

Student Withdrawal Policy

Stipulates the proper procedures a student should follow in withdrawing from a course and any consequences the studend will fail to do so. It also defines situtations in which the student will be expelled or supended from the institute.

Policy on Academic Misconduct

Any cheating or dishonesty in academic work is duely punished at the institute and this policy define what amounts to academic misconduct and measures to be taken if a student is proven has gone against the approved conduct.

E-Learning Policy

MQA has allowed institutes to conduct it's approved programmes online through various e-learning mediums and has defined a certain guideline to be followed. This policy ensures that Uyoon Institute comply with what's stipulated by MQA.

Enrollment Policy

Defines how a student is admitted into the institute and it defines the processess that should be followed to register a student to any given course.

Fee Policy

The Fee Policy stipulates how the fees should be paid and defines any measures taken against a student if he/she fails to comply with the set rules & guidelines.

Graduation Policy

This policy defines the graduation procedures a student must follow upon completion of the requirement of a course which will result in awarding of an MQA approved certificate.
